This policy explains how Sculp Worldwide collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit sculpworldwide.com or get in touch with us.

1. Who we are

Sculpt Worldwide("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. 

2. What personal data we collect

When you submit the enquiry form or email us, we collect:

  • your name

  • your email address

  • your phone number, if you provide it

  • your company or organisation, if you provide it

  • anything else you choose to include in your message

Information you give us when you subscribe

If you sign up to our mailing list, we collect your email address and any name you provide, along with the date and source of your consent.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site we collect technical and usage data through analytics cookies, including:

  • device type, browser and operating system

  • approximate location derived from IP address (city or region level)

  • pages viewed, time on page and how you arrived at the site

  • interactions such as clicks and scroll depth

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, our interest is running and improving a business and responding to people who contact us. We have considered your rights and do not believe this use is unexpected or intrusive.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. These are analytics cookies and they are only set after you accept them through our cookie banner. Necessary cookies that keep the site working are set without consent, as permitted by PECR.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Google Analytics uses IP anonymisation and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.

5. Email marketing

We only send marketing emails if you have opted in, or if you are an existing customer and the messages relate to similar services. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing us. Unsubscribing does not affect emails we need to send you about work we are doing for you.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions:

  • Website hosting and form handling: WIX

We may also disclose data where we are required to by law, or to protect our legal rights.

7. International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the UK and EEA, including in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

8. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries that do not become work: [12 months] from last contact

  • Client records and correspondence: [6 years] after the end of the relationship, to meet accounting and limitation-period requirements

  • Mailing list data: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again

9. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to:

  • object to direct marketing at any time

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our accounts, and multi-factor authentication where available. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
